The Disaster Council recommends for adoption by City Council the following:
- Emergency and mutual-aid plans, agreements, ordinances and resolutions, and rules and regulations as necessary to implement such plans and agreements.
This position requires the filing of a Statement of Economic Interests under the California Fair Political Practices Act guidelines.
