  • Can I view details about a permit, plan review or inspections without an account?Yes, go to our City of Merced Civic Access page Public Information
  1. Pick "Permit" from "Search" drop down.
  2. In the "Search public records with keywords or address" section, type the address or permit number. 
  3. Click on the "Permit Number" to view details for a specific permit.
