- Can I view details about a permit, plan review or inspections without an account?Yes, go to our City of Merced Civic Access page Public Information
- Pick "Permit" from "Search" drop down.
- In the "Search public records with keywords or address" section, type the address or permit number.
- Click on the "Permit Number" to view details for a specific permit.
- Schedule or view an inspection
