Yoga at the Park
Free Yoga at the Park! Coming May 2026!

Time: 10:30am -11:30am
Location: Bear Creek Park Strip on 28th and H Street
Jiu Jitsu
Jiu Jitsu classes with Sensei Enrique Chimeyo. Classes and open training are hosted every Monday and Thursday at the Merced Senior Community Center.
Dates: Year Round
Cost: $65 a month, per participant
When: Mondays and Thursdays

- Ages 6-12: 5pm- 6pm
- Ages 13 & Up: 6pm- 7pm (Open Training)
- Ages 13 & Up: 7pm- 8pm
Okinawan Karate & Escrima
Kabaroan Escrima is a unique traditional martial art from the Philippines.
With over 31 years of Martial Arts experience, Sensei Scott Lemberger emphasizes practical self defense combined with philosophical tenets of
honesty, integrity, discipline and respect.
Cost: $45 a month, per participant
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Location: Rossotti Ed-Zoo-Cation Center

Social Dance
There is a Social Dance held the fourth Sunday of every month from 2-5PM at the Senior Community Center.
Tickets at the door are $8. Open to everyone 18 years and older.
Zumba
Zumba classes, every Tuesday, from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Classes will be held at the Senior Community Center, 755 W. 15th Street.
Space is limited, first come first served.

Merced Tap and Ballet Dance Classes
Session 2 Sept 2025- May 2026
Learn to Tap and Ballet with Instructor Cinnamon Langs. Classes will run every Monday for a total of 3 months per session.

Dove, Waterfowl, and Pheasant Hunt available at The Waster Water Treatment Plant
Dove: Sept 1st - 15th and Nov. 9th - Dec. 23rd
Waterfowl: Oct 26nd - Jan 31st
Pheasant: Nov. 9th - Dec. 22nd
Cost: $10 a day (space is limited)
