• New user and manage your online account

• Apply for a permit online, including submitting plans or documents

• Pay an Invoice

• Schedule an online inspection

• Merced City School District: Contact for School District in order to pay their fees:  Julio RodriguezRivera JRodriguezRivera@mcsd.k12.ca.us 209-724-2420. Provide School District receipt to the Building Department prior to permit issuance.

• Weaver School District: Contact for School District in order to pay their fees, Michele Lepe, mlepe@weaverusd.org 209-725-7133. Provide School District receipt to the Building Department prior to permit issuance.

• San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District: asbestos.north@valleyair.org 209-725-7133. Provide Renovation Release or Demolition Release to the Building Department prior to permit issuance.
