The City of Merced Water Division invites your proposal to provide Professional Consulting services related to the creation, design, development, methodology, implementation, and related details needed to develop a drinking water system Zero Discharge Flushing Route Plan utilizing the City’s truck mounted NO-DES equipment.  

Proposal Submission: Three (3) copies of the completed proposal must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026.
