The City of Merced Public Works Department invites your proposal to provide engineering services to complete the City’s 2026-2030 Urban Water Use Objective (UWUO) reporting forms required by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and to support the review and reporting of the City’s Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Landscape Area Measurements and Land Use Classification Datasets (CII-LAM-LUCD).

Proposal Submission: Three (3) copies of the completed proposal must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026.
