The City of Merced Public Works Department invites your proposal to provide engineering services to prepare an updated 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) in accordance with California Water Code Sections 10610-10656 and the Department of Water Resources (DWR) 2025 UWMP Guidebook.  

Proposal Submission: Three (3) copies of the completed proposal must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
