The City of Merced offices will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.

City offices, including the Merced Civic Center and other City department offices, will not be open to the public. Refuse, yard waste, and curbside recycling collections will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.

Public Safety operations will continue as normal. Fire and Police Department offices will be closed to the public. For emergencies, call 911. For non-emergency public safety services, call (209) 385-6905.
