What is a Maintenance District
A Maintenance Assessment District is a way for property owners to vote to fund and receive city services beyond those normally provided. These districts are authorized under the State of California Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.

Residents are encouraged to attend to learn how these assessments may benefit their neighborhoods and community. Your voice matters. Come engage, ask questions and help shape your neighborhood’s future.
